We are a family owned and operated full Service General Contractor proudly serving the Northeast Ohio community since 2001.    While our capabilities include all areas of residential and commercial construction, we specialize in Custom Homes, Residential Additions, Whole House Renovations, and Commercial interior build outs.   No matter the project our approach is the same:  To provide the highest level of quality and value for our clients within their budget.
SAM DOVER
Sam is a native Clevelander and started the Company in 2001 with his Dad, Gene.   He attended High Point University in North Carolina on a Baseball athletic scholarship and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1997.   He is a 1993 graduate of St. Edward High School where he was a three sport student athlete (Football, Baseball and Wrestling).   Sam is the operational leader of the Company and directs all field operations.  Prior to starting the Company, Sam was chief operating officer of a multi unit Health and Fitness Club and a project manager for a Cleveland based commercial HVAC contractor.   He lives in Westlake OH with his wife Sue and three children.   
GENE DOVER
Gene is also a native Clevelander, growing up in the City's Westpark neighborhood.   He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.   Prior to starting the Company with his son, Gene had a successful 30+ year career as a professional CPA, Business Consultant and C-level executive.   Gene serves as the Company's administrative leader and oversees all project management processes, contract administration, and accounting.
